π₯ Ingredients
- potatoes 4 // cut in 4cm strips
- green beans 400 gr // cut in 4 cm pieces
- light soy sauce 2 tbsp
- oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
- salt 1 tsp
- chicken powder 1 tsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- ground white pepper 1 tsp
- cornstarch 1 tbsp
- water Β½ cup
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp // or sunflower oil
- garlic 2 cloves // minced
- red chilies 2 // sliced

1Cut and wash the potatoes and green beans . Prepare the other ingredients. Add light soy sauce , oyster sauce , dark soy sauce , salt , chicken powder , sugar , ground white pepper , cornstarch and water . Heat vegetable oil and fry the green beans until they become scorched and dried out. Remove them, in the same oil fry the potatoes until they start to brown. Remove them. Remove all oil except for 1 tbsp, and fry the garlic and red chilies until the aroma comes loose. Add the beans and potatoes and stir well. Add the sauce, stir well until the sauce thickens, then serve hot with steamed white rice and other dishes.
