Add @light soy sauce{2%tbsp}, @oyster sauce{1%tbsp}, @dark soy sauce{1%tbsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, @chicken powder{1%tsp}, @sugar{1%tsp}, @ground white pepper{1%tsp}, @cornstarch{1%tbsp} and @water{½%cup}. Heat @vegetable oil{3%tbsp // or sunflower oil} and fry the green beans until they become scorched and dried out. Remove them, in the same oil fry the potatoes until they start to brown. Remove them. Remove all oil except for 1 tbsp, and fry the @garlic{2%cloves // minced} and @red chilies{2 // sliced} until the aroma comes loose. Add the beans and potatoes and stir well. Add the sauce, stir well until the sauce thickens, then serve hot with steamed white rice and other dishes.
