π₯ Ingredients
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp // or sunflower oil
- spring onions 2 stalks // sliced
- shanghai pak choy 450 gr // outer leaves cut in half. heart cut in half
- sugar 1 tsp
- light soy sauce 2^ tbsp
- fried tofu puffs 60 gr // halved

1Prepare all ingredients. Heat a wok over high heat and add vegetable oil . Add spring onions and fry until fragrant. Add the shanghai pak choy and stir while frying for 1-2 minutes. Make sure everything is evenly coated with oil. Add sugar and light soy sauce . Stir a frew times to mix well. Add the fried tofu puffs and fry while stirring for about 20 seconds. Cover the wok with a lid and lower to medium heat. Steam for 30 seconds. Uncover and stir to check if the pak choy is done (it should be slightly caramelized at the edges). If not, cover and steam for another 10 seconds. Repeat until done. Serve hot with steamed white rice and other dishes.
