🥘 Ingredients
- ground pork or beef 200 gr // sliced
- cornstarch 1 tsp
- light soy sauce 1 tsp
- dark soy sauce ½ tsp
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp // or sunflower oil
- fresh ramen noodles 300 gr
- shii-take mushrooms 8 // Cut in big slices
- light soy sauce 2½ tsp
- dark soy sauce 1½tsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- shanghai pak choy 2 bunches

1Mix ground pork or beef with cornstarch , 1 tsp light soy sauce , dark soy sauce and let it marinade while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. Then, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok. Fry the meat until browned and remove it. Break up the fresh ramen noodles and boil them for 2 minutes. Add some oil and sautee shii-take mushrooms for about 2 minutes using medium heat. Break up the noodles gently with your hands and add them to the wok. Add the noodles. Add light soy sauce , dark soy sauce and sugar . Stir-fry everything together until the noodles get an even, deep brown color. Add the shanghai pak choy and fry until wilted. Serve hot with steamed white rice and other dishes.
