1Soak tuvar dhal for 12 hours . Wash dhal and add grated squash or butternut or carrots and boil. After dhal is done add grated tomatoes and boil. Then add salt , arad , dhana , jeroo , lemon juice and sugar . Beat with an egg beater until smooth. Add curry leaves . Make vegar with oil , hing , methi and rye . Add dhal mixture and cook for a while. Lastly add green dhana . Serve with rice.
