:sweet_potato: Crispy BBQ Sweet Potatoes

• ketchup 3 Tbsp
• vegetarian Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp
• red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp
• prepared mustard 1 tsp
• black pepper ½ tsp
• sweet potatoes 1 lb

   Spray grill grates with nonstick spray; prepare grill for medium-hot fire.

   In a small bowl , combine ketchup , vegetarian Worcestershire sauce , red wine vinegar , prepared mustard , and black pepper .

   Brush mixture onto peeled and cut sweet potatoes (sliced into 1/4-inch slices).

   Grill sweet potato slices, turning frequently and brushing with remaining ketchup mixture until crispy and tender, about 8 minutes .
