• Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup
• Muenster cheese 1 cup
• soft margarine ½ cup
• Parmesan cheese ½ cup
• dried parsley 2 Tbsp
• garlic powder ½ tsp
• paprika 1 tsp
• sourdough bread loaf 1
• paprika

   In a bowl , mix together shredded Monterey Jack cheese , shredded Muenster cheese , soft margarine , grated Parmesan cheese , dried parsley , garlic powder , and paprika .

   Liberally spread cheese mixture on each half of a cut sourdough bread loaf .

   Sprinkle additional paprika on top.

   Broil on the farthest shelf from heat until cheese has melted, about 5 minutes .

   Let set slightly, then slice into pieces.
