- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- rice vinegar 2 tbsp

- ginger 1
- spring onions 5
- bell pepper 1
- broccoli 100 g
- red onion Β½
- vegetable oil
- noodles 200 g
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- cesame oil
- cesame seeds

1heMix soy sauce , oyster sauce , rice vinegar and chilli flakes in a bowl .

2Slice cooked beef into thin slices and leave to marinate in sauce for 15 min .

3Dice garlic . ginger . Cut spring onions and bell pepper into pieces 5-6 cm long. Break broccoli into small pieces. red onion into slices.

4Boil some water for noodles. One minute before it boils, put a wok to medium heat.

5Saute bell peppers and broccoli for 2 minutes.

6Add vegetable oil to the pan and garlic and ginger. In 30 seconds add red onion and vegetables (without spring onions).

7Now add noodles to the pan.

8Stir fry and in 3 minutes add beef with marinate, spring onions and stir fry for one more minute.

9Add cooked noodles to a wok, add soy sauce , oyster sauce , add cesame oil and wok for a minute more.

10Serve on a plate with a bit of cesame seeds or coriander to garnish.
