Buffalo-Baked Baby Carrots

🥘 Ingredients

  • baby carrots 1 lb
  • all-purpose flour ½ cup
  • garlic powder ½ tsp
  • salt ½ tsp
  • paprika ½ tsp
  • cayenne pepper ¼ tsp
  • milk ½ cup
  • breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • nutritional yeast 1 Tbsp
  • buffalo sauce 1 cup
  • parsley ¼ cup

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove the baby carrots from the bag; dry off excess water with a paper towel .

    In a mixing bowl , combine the all-purpose flour , garlic powder , salt , paprika , and cayenne pepper . Add the milk and stir to form a thick batter.

    In a separate bowl , place the breadcrumbs and nutritional yeast . Dip each carrot into the batter and then into the breadcrumbs. Place each coated carrot on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes .

    While the carrots are still warm, toss gently with the buffalo sauce . Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with your dip of choice.
