- all-purpose flour ½ cup
- garlic powder ½ tsp
- salt ½ tsp
- paprika ½ tsp
- cayenne pepper ¼ tsp
- milk ½ cup
- breadcrumbs 1 cup
- nutritional yeast 1 Tbsp
- buffalo sauce 1 cup
- parsley ¼ cup

1Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove the baby carrots from the bag; dry off excess water with a paper towel .

2In a mixing bowl , combine the all-purpose flour , garlic powder , salt , paprika , and cayenne pepper . Add the milk and stir to form a thick batter.

3In a separate bowl , place the breadcrumbs and nutritional yeast . Dip each carrot into the batter and then into the breadcrumbs. Place each coated carrot on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes .

4While the carrots are still warm, toss gently with the buffalo sauce . Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with your dip of choice.
