- nutritional yeast ¼ cup
- cloves garlic 2
- extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
- onion powder ¾ tsp
- small lime 1
- Kosher
- For serving: Crackers of choice and/or veggie sticks

For a less spicy dip, use 3 tbsp buffalo sauce. If using Frank’s RedHot Original hot sauce, add more olive oil (or melted vegan butter if desired) in step 3. Storage: Store in a jar or airtight container in the fridge for 5 to 7 days.
-
1Gather: extra-firm tofu , nutritional yeast , cloves garlic , 1/4 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce (see Note 1 and 2), extra virgin olive oil , onion powder , small lime , Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, For serving: Crackers of choice and/or veggie sticks .
-
2Drain the tofu and dab away some excess water with a clean dish towel.
-
3Crumble the tofu into a food processor. Add the nutritional yeast, chopped garlic, buffalo sauce, olive oil, onion powder, 1 tsp lime juice, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, and pepper to taste. Blend until creamy and smooth and the dip has a creamy whipped texture, scraping down the sides as you go.
-
4Taste for seasonings, adding more lime juice for brightness, more hot sauce for heat, or olive oil for richness. Blend again, then add more salt to taste.
-
5Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for 5 to 7 days.
