π₯ Ingredients
- soy milk 1 cup
- Frozen Cherry Smoothie Pack 1 cup
- Dutch-process cocoa powder or unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- almond butter or nut/seed butter of choice 1 tbsp
- scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder 2-4 tbsp
- of fine sea salt 1 pinch
π
Storage: This smoothie is best fresh, but leftovers will keep in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 day. Storage: Got more leftovers? This smoothie is freezer-friendly! Freeze leftovers in a jar for up to 2 months, leaving 1 inch (~2.5 cm) of space to allow for expansion. Thaw in the fridge overnight before enjoying. Nutrition boost: For more greens, use a bit more spinach, or swap the spinach for kale. For a protein boost, add hemp seeds.

1Gather: soy milk , Frozen Cherry Smoothie Pack , Dutch-process cocoa powder or unsweetened cocoa powder , almond butter or nut/seed butter of choice , scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder , of fine sea salt .
-
2Add the soy milk into a high-powered blender. Top with the Frozen Cherry Smoothie Pack, cocoa powder, and almond butter.
-
3Start on low speed and use a blender tamper to move things around so it can blend evenly. Gradually increase to high, blending until creamy and smooth. NOTE: The texture will be like a soft-serve frosty, so if you prefer a more liquidy smoothie (or you donβt have a high-powered blender), add more milk (or water). Start with another 1/4 cup soy milk, blend, and add more as needed.
-
4Add in the protein powder and 1 pinch of salt. Blend again until well incorporated, adding more soy milk as desired or another pinch of salt for balance.
