1Toast dried guajillo chiles and dried ancho chiles in a dry skillet for 30 sec a side, then soak in hot water for 20 min .

2Blend @&( timer with garlic , white onion , ground cumin , dried Mexican oregano , and chicken stock until smooth.

3Fry @&( timer in vegetable oil over medium heat for 10 min , until it darkens and thickens.
