🥘 Ingredients

  • granulated sugar 2 cups
  • water 1 cup
  • lemon juice 1 Tbs
  • orange blossom water 1 Tbs
  • rose water 1 tsp

  • saucepan

    Dissolve granulated sugar in water in a saucepan over low heat, stirring only until the last grain has gone and not once after.

    Simmer @&( timer without stirring 10 min , until a drop pulled between finger and thumb draws a short thread.

    Stir lemon juice into @&( timer .

    Take @&( timer off the heat and stir in orange blossom water and rose water .
