Luncheon Meat and Egg Sandwich

🥘 Ingredients

• tinned luncheon meat 3 slices
• neutral oil 2 tsp
• eggs 2 large
• fine salt ¼ tsp
• white pepper 0.12 tsp
• white sandwich bread 2 slices
• salted butter 2 tsp

   Fry tinned luncheon meat in neutral oil in a frying pan for 4 min , turning once, until both faces have browned.

   Beat eggs with fine salt and white pepper , pour them into a nonstick pan , and fold them into a flat omelette over 2 min without letting it take colour.

   Toast white sandwich bread for 2 min and spread salted butter over both inside faces.
