  • lemon juice 2 tsp
  • smoked paprika ½ tsp
  • kosher salt ¼ tsp
  • frozen chips 1 ½ lb
  • flaky salt ½ tsp

    From the freezer to a hot basket. Nothing is added and nothing is thawed.

    Stir mayonnaise , garlic , lemon juice , smoked paprika , kosher salt together in a bowl .
