Lemon Bars

🥘 Ingredients

• cold unsalted butter ½ cup
• all-purpose flour 1 cup
• powdered sugar ¼ cup
• table salt ¼ tsp
• eggs 2 large
• granulated sugar ¾ cup
• all-purpose flour 2 Tbs
• lemon juice 0.33 cup
• lemon zest 1 Tbs

   Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

   Line an 8x8-in pan with parchment.

   Rub cold unsalted butter into all-purpose flour , powdered sugar , table salt .

   Press @&( timer into the pan and bake at 350°F for 20 min .

   Whisk eggs , granulated sugar , all-purpose flour , lemon juice , lemon zest until smooth.

   Pour @&( timer over @&( timer .

   Lower the oven to 325°F (165°C) and bake @&( timer for 25 min .
