Stuffed Peppers

  • minced meat 550 g
  • carrots 6 medium
  • rice Β½ cup
  • salt Β½ tbsp
  • bell peppers 12 medium
  • carrots 3 medium
  • sour cream 2 tsp
  • tinned tomatos 1 can
  • water

    Mix well minced meat , carrots grated half on big and half on small, rice , salt .

    Stuff bell peppers with the mix.
  3. 3
    Freeze.

    To cook, mix carrots grated on big, sour cream and tinned tomatos . Put stuffed peppers.
  5. 5
    Add water to cover 2/3 of peppers. Bring to boil. Reduce power and keep boiling for 40 min .
