π₯ Ingredients
- minced meat 550 g
- carrots 6 medium
- rice Β½ cup
- salt Β½ tbsp
- bell peppers 12 medium
- carrots 3 medium
- sour cream 2 tsp
- tinned tomatos 1 can
- water

1Mix well minced meat , carrots grated half on big and half on small, rice , salt .

2Stuff bell peppers with the mix.

3Freeze.

4To cook, mix carrots grated on big, sour cream and tinned tomatos . Put stuffed peppers.

5Add water to cover 2/3 of peppers. Bring to boil. Reduce power and keep boiling for 40 min .
