🥘 Ingredients

• potatoes, mashed 8 cups
• butter 8 heaping Tbsp
• whipping cream 1 cup
• salt 1 Tbsp
• flour

   potatoes, mashed butter whipping cream salt flour

   Mix and cool over night. In morning, add flour - more flour as you roll. 500 degrees on lefse grill.
