Pie Filling Dessert

🥘 Ingredients

• finely ground Ritz crackers 2 cups
• butter ½ cup
• egg whites, stiffly beaten 4
• sugar 1 cup
• pie filling 1 can
• whipping cream or Cool Whip 1 pint

   finely ground Ritz crackers butter egg whites, stiffly beaten sugar pie filling whipping cream or Cool Whip

   Mix Ritz crackers and butter. Mix and pat in a 9x13 inch pan. Mix egg whites and sugar and spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Spread 1 can of pie filling over the crust. Whip 1 pint of whipping cream or Cool Whip and cover. Let sit overnight.
