Lemon & Shrimp Cream Cheese Salad

🥘 Ingredients

• lemon Jell-O 2 packages
• light cream ½ c
• stuffed olives 1 c
• whipped cream 1 c
• hot water 2 c
• cream cheese 1 8-oz
• celery 1 c
• salad dressing 1 c
• finely chopped onion 1 ½ tsp
• chopped shrimp 1 ½ c
• lemon juice 2 tsp
• red pimento 4 tsp
• salad dressing 1 c
• finely chopped onion 1 ½ tsp
• chopped shrimp 1 ½ c
• lemon juice 2 tsp
• red pimento 4 tsp

   lemon Jell-O light cream stuffed olives (cut up) whipped cream hot water cream cheese celery salad dressing finely chopped onion chopped shrimp lemon juice red pimento

   Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Cool until syrupy. Soften cream cheese with light cream and add to gelatin mixture. Stir in celery and olives. Whip cream and fold into mixture. Put in mold.

Shrimp Dressing

   Mix salad dressing , finely chopped onion , chopped shrimp , lemon juice , and red pimento and serve on top of Jell-O salad.
