Garlic Confit (Cast Iron)

• garlic
• olive oil

   Place garlic in a small cast-iron pan . Cover completely with olive oil .

   Roast at 300°F for 30-60 minutes , depending on the amount of garlic, until cloves are completely tender and lightly golden.
