- potatoes 8 small
- carrots 3 items
- whole chicken 1 Β½ kg
- salt 5 tbsp
- black pepper 1 tsp
- white pepper 1 tsp
- garlic 3 cloves
- butter 30 g
- olive oil 30 g
- white wine 100 g
- mushrooms 300 g

1Peel onions , potatoes and carrots

2Cut whole chicken in pieces of 80g.

3Place salt , black pepper , white pepper , pressed garlic on a board in small piles and rub into chicken pieces.

4Place butter into heated pan and fry chicken pieces until golden adding olive oil .

5Roughly cut all onions, potatoes and carrots and add them into a pan.

6Continue to stir fry for about 5 min. In meanwhile boil a kettle of water.

7Place content of a pan into a braizier. Add half-cup or cup of boiled water.

8Keep it on a small heat for 15 min.

9Add white wine and mushrooms cut in halves, keep on small heat for another 5 min.
