Whiskey sour

🥘 Ingredients

• bourbon whiskey 3 parts
• lemon juice 2 parts
• simple syrup 1 part
• egg white
• Maraschino cherry 1
• orange ½ slice
• Angostura bitters

   In a shaker , add bourbon whiskey , lemon juice , simple syrup , and egg white .

   Dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.

   Add ice and shake for another 20 seconds until chilled.

   Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass filled with ice, then garnish with Maraschino cherry , orange , and a splash of Angostura bitters .
