Boiled Eggs

• egg 2
• Woolworths Berliner Landbrot Bread 2 slice
• full cream plain cottage cheese 25 g

   Bring small pot of water to boil.

   Gently add egg . Boil for 6 minutes 45 seconds.

   Toast Woolworths Berliner Landbrot Bread .

   Spread full cream plain cottage cheese
5. 5

   Once eggs are done boiling, drain hot water immediately and rest in cold water for a few moments.

   Peel eggs and smash on toast.
