Carrot Cake

  • finely grated carrots (about 1 lb whole) 330 g|3%cup
  • cream cheese, softened 226 g|8%oz
  • unsalted butter, softened 1 stick|115%g
  • powdered sugar 360-480 g|3-4%cup
  • vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • salt 1 pinch

Recipe

    Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in a medium bowl.

    In a large bowl, whisk the granulated sugar, molasses, oil, and eggs together until completely smooth and evenly colored.
