Korean Ground Beef w/ Broccoli & Peppers
This Korean Ground Beef with Broccoli and Peppers is a 30-minute meal that's packed with flavor, yet low on effort!

- broccoli florets 3 cups
- red bell pepper 1 large
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- salt
- pepper
- brown sugar 1/4 cup
- soy sauce 1/4 cup
- sesame oil 2 tsp
- crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
- ground ginger 1/4 tsp
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- garlic 3 cloves
- ground beef 1 lb
- jasmine rice 2 cups
- green onions 3
- sesame seeds 1/2 tsp

1Preheat oven to 200c degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss broccoli florets and red bell pepper with olive oil . Spread on prepared sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper . Bake for 20 minutes until just tender. Remove from oven and set aside.

2In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar , soy sauce , sesame oil , crushed red pepper , and ground ginger . Set aside.

3Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute . Add ground beef and cook until browned, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks. Drain fat.

4Stir in soy sauce mixture until well combined. Cook for about 2 minutes , until heated through. Add the broccoli and red peppers and toss to combine.

5Serve immediately over jasmine rice . Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds .
