π₯ Ingredients
- old-fashioned rolled oats 360 g
- chopped nuts 120 g
- coconut flakes 40 g
- cinnamon 5 ml
- salt 2 Β½ ml
- neutral oil 120 ml
- honey 80 ml
- maple syrup 80 ml
- brown sugar 50 g
- vanilla extract 5 ml
- dried fruit 120 g

1Preheat the oven to 160Β°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper .

2In a bowl , combine old-fashioned rolled oats , chopped nuts , coconut flakes , cinnamon , and salt .

3In a separate bowl , whisk together neutral oil , honey or maple syrup , brown sugar , and vanilla extract .

4Pour the wet mixture over the oats and stir until everything is coated. Spread the mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet . Press it down lightly with a spatula if you want bigger clusters.

5Bake for 25-30 minutes , stirring once halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.

6Let it cool completely ( 20 minutes ). This is when it gets crunchy. Stir in dried fruit .

7Store in an airtight container for about 2 to 3 weeks.
