7Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
-
8Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don't overcrowd - cook in batches if needed.
-
9Cook for 15 minutes , then shake the basket or flip the fries.
-
10Continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

11Remove from air fryer and season with additional salt if desired. Serve immediately.

12For extra crispy fries, soak potatoes for up to 2 hours. Don't skip the drying step - moisture is the enemy of crispiness. Cooking time may vary based on your air fryer model and how thick you cut the fries. These are best served immediately while hot and crispy.
