Ghirardelli Brownie Mix

• water
• vegetable oil
• egg
• brownie mix

   Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.

   Place water , vegetable oil and egg in medium bowl and stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix and stir until well blended. Spread in prepared pan.

   Bake as directed. For glass pan, add 5 minutes to the bake time. Brownies are ready to remove from oven when center is set and edges will have begun to pull from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan before cutting.

   Store in tightly covered container.
