- garlic 2 cloves
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- mixed vegetables 1 Β½ lbs
- wooden or metal skewers

1In a bowl , whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce , honey , minced garlic , and olive oil .

2Pour half of the marinade over the chopped mixed vegetables and let it sit for at least 15 minutes .

3Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

4Thread the vegetables onto wooden or metal skewers .

5Grill for 10 to 12 minutes , turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender. Brush with the remaining marinade in the last 2 minutes of grilling.
