- chicken breasts 2 count
- corn starch 2 tablespoons
- olive oil or vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
- chicken powder 1 teaspoon
- Montreal steak seasoning dash
- black pepper dash
- Italian seasoning dash
- thyme dash
- chicken soy sauce 1 tablespoon

1Cut chicken breasts into chunks and spread with corn starch .

2Add olive oil or vegetable oil to pan and heat.

3Add the chicken and cook until it starts to turn white.

4Add chicken powder and stir.

5Add Montreal steak seasoning , black pepper , Italian seasoning , thyme and stir.

6Cook for another 5 minutes to 7 minutes .

7Add chicken soy sauce .

8Check chicken with temperature probe, temp should be at least 165 degrees F.
