- pure maple syrup 5-6 Tablespoons
- Dutch-processed cocoa powder ΒΌ cup

- kosher salt ΒΌ teaspoon
- water 2 Tablespoons

Store chocolate hummus in an airtight container in the fridge up to 5 days.

1Add chickpeas , avocado oil , peanut butter , and pure maple syrup to a food processor or blender .

2Puree until smooth, 1-2 minutes .

3Scrape down the edges and add Dutch-processed cocoa powder , vanilla extract , kosher salt , and water .

4Puree until smooth and blended, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.

5Taste and add additional salt or syrup, as desired.
