I used canned beans and almond nut butter for this recipe.

    Drain and rinse the cooked beans if using from a can.

    Add them to a blender first, followed by the nut butter , frozen banana slices , protein powder , rolled oats , and almond milk .

    Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Depending on the power of your blender .
