- cooked beans 1 heaped cup
- nut butter 1 tbsp
- frozen banana slices 1 cup
- protein powder 1 scoop
- rolled oats 2 tbsp
- almond milk 1 cup

I used canned beans and almond nut butter for this recipe.

1Drain and rinse the cooked beans if using from a can.

2Add them to a blender first, followed by the nut butter , frozen banana slices , protein powder , rolled oats , and almond milk .

3Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Depending on the power of your blender .

4Serve and enjoy!
