- ground turkey 1 lb
- taco seasoning 3 tbsp
- salsa Β½ cup
- salt
- pepper
- corn tortillas 8
- cooking

1Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground turkey and taco seasoning . Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Add the salsa and stir to combine. Let simmer for about 5 minutes until thickens. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.

2Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Warm the corn tortillas in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds to soften. Spray the tortillas with cooking spray. Drape the tortillas over two bars of the oven rack , hanging downwards. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

3Assemble tacos by placing turkey meat in the crispy shells and adding your favorite toppings.
