🥘 Ingredients
- white mushrooms 200 g
- salted butter 30 g
- puff pastry 1 sheet
- escargots 24
- egg 1

1Make the garlic-parsley butter.

2Slice the white mushrooms and sauté them in a skillet with the salted butter for 5 minutes . Let cool.

3Cut 6 circles, each 7 inches (18 cm) in diameter, from the puff pastry .

4Place 8 escargots in the center of 3 pastry circles. Top with the mushrooms. Cover each with another pastry circle and seal the edges. Brush with egg .

5Bake in a preheated oven at 410°F (210°C) for 15 minutes .
