  • white mushrooms 200 g
  • salted butter 30 g
  • puff pastry 1 sheet
  • escargots 24
  • egg 1

    Make the garlic-parsley butter.

    Slice the white mushrooms and sauté them in a skillet with the salted butter for 5 minutes . Let cool.

    Cut 6 circles, each 7 inches (18 cm) in diameter, from the puff pastry .

    Place 8 escargots in the center of 3 pastry circles. Top with the mushrooms. Cover each with another pastry circle and seal the edges. Brush with egg .

    Bake in a preheated oven at 410°F (210°C) for 15 minutes .
