  • water 3 cups

🍳 Cookware

  • juicer
  • fine mesh sieve

    Wash the spinach , fresh ginger , Granny Smith apple , celery , cucumber , parsley , and lemon thoroughly, and then juice in the order listed.

    If you do not have a juicer , blend all ingredients with water , then strain through a fine mesh sieve .

    Store the juice in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Reserve the pulp for green powder recipe.
