- spinach 3 cups
- fresh ginger 1 inch
- Granny Smith apple 1
- celery 5 stalks
- cucumber 1
- parsley 1 handful
- lemon 1
- water 3 cups

- juicer
- fine mesh sieve

1Wash the spinach , fresh ginger , Granny Smith apple , celery , cucumber , parsley , and lemon thoroughly, and then juice in the order listed.

2If you do not have a juicer , blend all ingredients with water , then strain through a fine mesh sieve .

3Store the juice in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Reserve the pulp for green powder recipe.
