π₯ Ingredients
- puff pastry 1 package
- chocolate
- egg yolk 1
- powdered sugar

- baking tray

1Cut the puff pastry into rectangles and then cut these rectangles in half again to create oblique triangles.

2Fill each triangle with a piece of chocolate .

3Place the piece of chocolate at the top of the triangle and wrap. The ends can either be closed or left open.

4Place the mini pain au chocolat on a baking tray and brush with egg yolk .

5Bake at around 180Β°C for 15-20 minutes , depending on the size of the croissants or pain au chocolat.

6Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar .
