  • chocolate
  • egg yolk 1
  • powdered sugar

    Cut the puff pastry into rectangles and then cut these rectangles in half again to create oblique triangles.

    Fill each triangle with a piece of chocolate .

    Place the piece of chocolate at the top of the triangle and wrap. The ends can either be closed or left open.

    Place the mini pain au chocolat on a baking tray and brush with egg yolk .

    Bake at around 180Β°C for 15-20 minutes , depending on the size of the croissants or pain au chocolat.

    Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar .
