- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- lemon zest 1
- granulated sugar 200 g
- all-purpose or cake flour 180 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- salt ΒΌ tsp
- canola oil Β½ cup

1In a mixing bowl , whisk together the whole plain yogurt (1 jar) and large eggs . For Version 2, whisk in the vanilla extract and lemon zest .

2Add the granulated sugar (2 jars) and whisk well to combine.

3Add the all-purpose or cake flour (3 jars), baking powder , and optional salt (Version 2) and whisk just to combine.

4Add the canola oil (1 jar) and whisk until homogeneous.

5Pour into a prepared loaf pan (buttered and floured) and bake in a preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes , or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
