🥘 Ingredients
- rolled oats 3 cups
- chopped plain almonds 1 cup
- shelled plain pumpkin seeds ½ cup
- shelled plain sunflower ½ cup
- salt ¼ teaspoon
- maple syrup ½ cup
- canola oil ¼ cup
- ?dried fruit to taste

1With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 160 °C (325 °F).

2In a large bowl, combine rolled oats , chopped plain almonds , shelled plain pumpkin seeds , shelled plain sunflower , and salt . Add maple syrup and canola oil and toss to combine.

3Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes , stirring every 5 minutes . Cool completely. If desired, add ?dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, blueberries, apricots, etc.). Store in an airtight container.
