🥘 Ingredients

  • rolled oats 3 cups
  • chopped plain almonds 1 cup
  • shelled plain pumpkin seeds ½ cup
  • shelled plain sunflower ½ cup
  • salt ¼ teaspoon
  • maple syrup ½ cup
  • canola oil ¼ cup
  • ?dried fruit to taste

This granola is great for breakfast or as a snack!

    With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 160 °C (325 °F).

    In a large bowl, combine rolled oats , chopped plain almonds , shelled plain pumpkin seeds , shelled plain sunflower , and salt . Add maple syrup and canola oil and toss to combine.

    Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes , stirring every 5 minutes . Cool completely. If desired, add ?dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, blueberries, apricots, etc.). Store in an airtight container.
