π₯ Ingredients
- unsalted butter 8 tbsp
- golden brown sugar 1 cup
- heavy cream ΒΌ cup
- instant coffee 1 tsp
- salt 0.12 tsp
- powdered sugar 2 cups
- dark chocolate 12 oz
- butter 1 tbsp

- heavy saucepan
- wax paper
- microwave

1Melt unsalted butter and golden brown sugar in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes .

2Stir in heavy cream , instant coffee (if using), and salt . Boil for 30 seconds while stirring.

3Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes . Stir in powdered sugar to form a dough. Chill for 2 hours until firm.

4Roll into 1-inch balls and place on wax paper . Freeze for 10 minutes .

5Melt dark chocolate and butter in the microwave at 50% power. Dip balls into chocolate and let set on wax paper .
