🥘 Ingredients
- plant-based milk 2 cups
- Medjool dates 4
- rolled oats ¾ cup
- teff 2 tbsp
- fresh ginger 2 tsp
- ground turmeric 1 tsp
- ground cloves ¼ tsp
- ground ginger ¼ tsp
- ground cinnamon ½ tsp
- black pepper 0.12 tsp
- sliced figs
- hemp seeds
🍳 Cookware
- blender
- medium saucepan
- spatula

1Combine plant-based milk and pitted Medjool dates in a blender and process until smooth.

2In a medium saucepan , toast rolled oats and teff over medium heat for 2 minutes .

3Add the blended milk mixture, grated fresh ginger , ground turmeric , ground cloves , ground ginger , ground cinnamon , and black pepper to the saucepan and stir well with a spatula .

4Bring the mixture to a low boil, stir, and cover.

5Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 15 minutes .

6Top with sliced figs and hemp seeds , if desired.
