Gin Campari Sour

🥘 Ingredients

• gin 1 ½ fl oz
• Campari ¾ fl oz
• lemon juice ¾ fl oz
• simple syrup ½ fl oz
• egg white 1
• orange bitters 1 dash
• ice
• orange wedge

   Add gin , Campari , lemon juice , simple syrup , egg white , and orange bitters to a shaker .

   Shake until combined, then add ice and shake vigorously until frothy ( timer seconds).

   Strain into a chilled coupe glass .

   Garnish with a orange wedge .
