  • London Dry Gin ¾ fl oz
  • mezcal ¾ fl oz
  • Saler Aperitif ¾ fl oz
  • Suze ¾ fl oz
  • blanc vermouth ¾ fl oz
  • ice
  • ice cube
  • grapefruit twist
  • mint sprig

🍳 Cookware

  • mixing glass
  • rocks glass

    Add London Dry Gin , mezcal , Saler Aperitif (or Suze ), and blanc vermouth to a mixing glass with ice .

    Stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube .

    Garnish with a grapefruit twist or mint sprig .
