  • lime ½
  • raw sugar 1 tbsp
  • ice
  • white rum 45 ml
  • soda water
  • mint sprig

    Add mint leaves , lime , and raw sugar to a glass .

    Muddle gently to release flavor (avoid extracting chlorophyll).
