- sugar cube 1
- Peychaud’s bitters 3 dashes
- Sazerac Rye Whiskey 2 fl oz
- ice
- absinthe ¼ fl oz
- lemon twist
🍳 Cookware
- rocks glass
- mixing glass
- rocks glass

1Chill a rocks glass with ice .

2Muddle sugar cube with Peychaud’s bitters in a mixing glass .

3Add Sazerac Rye Whiskey and ice , stir well.
