  • sugar cube 1
  • Peychaud’s bitters 3 dashes
  • Sazerac Rye Whiskey 2 fl oz
  • ice
  • absinthe ¼ fl oz
  • lemon twist

🍳 Cookware

  • rocks glass
  • mixing glass
  • rocks glass

    Chill a rocks glass with ice .

    Muddle sugar cube with Peychaud’s bitters in a mixing glass .

    Add Sazerac Rye Whiskey and ice , stir well.

    Spray or wash the rocks glass with absinthe .

    Strain drink into the glass and add a lemon twist .
