🥘 Ingredients

  • gin 2 ½ fl oz
  • dry vermouth ¼ fl oz
  • orange bitters 1 dash
  • ice
  • olive
  • lemon zest

🍳 Cookware

  • stirring glass
  • strainer
  • martini glass
  • cocktail pin

    Add gin , dry vermouth and orange bitters to a stirring glass with filled with ice .

    Stir for 10-15 seconds .

    Fine strain trough a strainer into a martini glass .
  4. 4
    For garnish, use either an olive (in which case that should be arranged on a cocktail pin ) or a lemon zest .
