  • bourbon 45 ml
  • vermouth 30 ml
  • Luxardo Aperitivo 22,5 ml
  • Gentian liquour 7,5 ml
  • grapefruit bitters 2 dashes
  • ice
  • grapefruit twist

🍳 Cookware

  • mixing glass
  • carbonator
  • coupe glass

    Pour bourbon , vermouth Luxardo Aperitivo , Gentian liquour and grapefruit bitters over ice into a mixing glass .

    Stir until chilled.

    If you have it: Carbonate the drink in a carbonator - It's also nice without the carbon.

    Pour into a coupe glass garnish with a grapefruit twist .
