🥘 Ingredients

  • lime juice 2 fl oz
  • simple syrup 2 fl oz
  • pineapple juice 180 ml
  • Campari 3 fl oz
  • rum 6 fl oz
  • whole milk 140 ml
  • ice rock

    Mix lime juice , simple syrup , pineapple juice , Campari , and rum (all but milk) together.

    Slowly pour over whole milk .

    Filter through a coffee filter. This may take a while (Hours actually).

    Serve on a large ice rock .
