  • absinthe 30 ml
  • lemon juice 30 ml
  • cold water 30 ml
  • Angostura bitters 1 dash
  • sugar syrup 22 ½ ml
  • egg white 15 ml
  • ice

🍳 Cookware

  • shaker
  • cocktail glass

    Add absinthe , lemon juice , cold water , Angostura bitters , sugar syrup , and egg white to a shaker with ice .

    Shake on ice, then dry shake (no ice). Strain into a cocktail glass .
