  • methylcellulose 1.86 g
  • hot water 52 g
  • xanthan 0.3 g
  • sugar 186 g
  • cold water 104 g
  • gum arabic 19 g
  • hot water 31 g

    // Methylcellulose solution Mix methylcellulose with hot water , stir until lumps are gone. Leave for 12 hours to settle and dissolve.

    // Xanthan sugar solution Blend xanthan and sugar with cold water for 40 seconds to dissolve.
  3. 3
    // Gum Arabic solution Dissolve gum arabic with hot water .
  4. 4
    Mix in xanthan solution.
